Tigmanshu Dhulia has come a long way. From his directorial debut, “Haasil” to “Paan Singh Tomar”, “Saahib biwi aur Gangster” and now "Bulett Raja".
His film plots are pragmatic and his characters live in real space!
Tigmanshu or (tishu) is a maverick director who doesn’t follow any formula. His films are fresh, gripping and hard hitting.

Tigmanshu is known to give emotional intensity to the characters in his movie. His film plots are pragmatic and his characters live in real space!
His film “Paan Singh Tomar” also won national award for best film.
Tigmanshu is a writer, Director, producer and a fine actor. He proved his mettle as a director with films like “Haasil”, “Paan singh Tomar” and “Saahib biwi aur gangster” which were all critically acclaimed.
He was equally liked and loved for his acting skills in “Gangs of Wassaypur” as Ramadhir Singh.

Originally from Allahabad, he did his masters in theater from New Delhi’s National school of drama in 1989. Tigmanshu also wrote screenplay of  Mani Ratnam’s “Dil se” in 1998.

This is the first time that Tigmanshu is making a commercial movie of this scale. “Bullett Raja” has a big canvas with big cast and big budget. Interestingly, Bullett Raja will be the first Bollywood film to be released overseas before Indian market.

“Bullet Raja” will be released on 29th of November 2013.

(28th November 2013 for overseas market!)
