Piggy chops won “Miss World”pageant in year 2000. Priyanka Chopra can sing, she is a trained dancer and an amazing actress. She has a tremendous fans following including a lot of girl admirers.

Though she debuted on the silver screen with a Tamil film in 2002, Priyanka Chopra’s Bollywood debut was “Hero” in 2003 with Sunny deol.

She was born in 1982 in Jamshedpur and her Doctor father was a Captain in the Indian army and her mother a gynecologist. Being form defence background, Priyanka got to travel a lot during her growing years. She is definitely a Daddy’s girl. Her bonding with her father was quite evident. Unfortunately, she lost her father in 2012.

Though, Priyanka chopra has always been a private person and likes to keep her private life away from media glare, but, being an actor has its own occupational hazards and you can’t really keep your private life a secret. She played a Marathi woman against Shahid Kapoor in thriller “Kaminey” directed by Vishal Bhardwaj quite aptly.

Priyank never shied away from off beat cinema, be it “Fashion” in 2008, “What's Your Raashee?” In 2009 or “7 Khoon Maaf” in 2011.

In 2012, Priyanka played character of a autistic girl Jhilmil in “Anurag Basu’s Barfi with Ranbir Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz.
“Barfi” was a great commercial hit and Priyanka’s work was appreciated critically both nationally and internationally.

Priyanka has recently ventured into singing career. With "In My City" and "Exotic" (featuring Pitbull) the sales figures are quite promising. We wish her all the best!

For me, she is the brand ambassador for dreams and aspirations, giving hope and courage to a lot of girls pursuing their dreams and, I salute her for that.
